On Monday, June 30, 2025, Anton A. Gammons filed a petition with the Supreme Court of Florida seeking reinstatement to The Florida Bar after being suspended in February 2022. The filing outlines Gammons’ efforts to meet the court’s requirements for reinstatement, including his employment history, financial obligations, and commitment to sobriety.

The case is entitled “In the Matter of Anton A. Gammons.”

Gammons has maintained consistent employment during his suspension. He worked at Quality Plus Cleaners from March 24 to June 15, 2022, followed by a position at Bausch and Lomb from May 31, 2022, to January 17, 2023. He then held a role at Consumer Sales Solutions from January 24 to March 7, 2023, before joining Quikrete from March 20, 2023, until he resigned to attend a 65-day inpatient treatment program at 7summit Pathways. Since April 14, 2025, Gammons has been employed at Strucatall.

Gammons previously applied for reinstatement in October 2023, but the request was denied because his rehabilitation program was not approved by Florida Lawyers Assistance, Inc. (FLA). Since then, he has actively participated in FLA’s program, signing a new agreement on March 15, 2022, and complying with random urinalysis testing. He has maintained 36 months of documented sobriety and extended his FLA contract until December 2026.

Gammons’ efforts to maintain sobriety include a substance abuse evaluation at Baycare Behavioral Health in January 2022, followed by enrollment in Enhanced Outpatient Therapy, attending two three-hour sessions weekly until April 2022. He also completed a 65-day Partial Hospitalization Program at 7summit Pathways starting January 15, 2025, and an eight-week Individual Outpatient Program with weekly drug and alcohol testing. Gammons has attended monthly therapy sessions with Brian Spiegel, I.M.H.C., weekly FLA-approved support group meetings, and Alcoholics Anonymous meetings.

The petition notes one civil action during Gammons’ suspension, involving a missed settlement agreement payment in February 2022 due to HOA penalties, related to a property at 7812 Tambier Dr. The case resulted in an order to enforce the settlement and enter a final judgment of foreclosure in 2022.

Gammons has complied with the suspension order, notifying clients and winding down his legal practice, with no charges of fraud filed against him during this period.

The petition underscores Gammons’ adherence to court directives and his ongoing commitment to rehabilitation as he seeks reinstatement to the Florida Bar.

According to Avvo.com, Mr. Gammons is a family attorney in Orlando, Florida. He attended the Florida A&M University College of Law, graduating in 2007. He acquired his law license in Florida in 2011.
