On Tuesday, September 24, 2024, the Supreme Court of Maryland granted the petition for reinstatement of Attorney Kevin Mbeh Tabe.
The case is entitled “In the Matter of Kevin Mbeh Tabe,” with case no. 13.
According to the Court’s order, Tabe will be reinstated to practice law in Maryland but will be on probation for one year and required to engage a law practice monitor satisfactory to Bar Counsel.
The probation and monitoring are conditions of Tabe’s reinstatement following an earlier opinion from the Court dated February 27, 2023.
With Tabe’s successful reinstatement, the Clerk of the Court was directed to replace his name on the register of attorneys authorized to practice law in the state and notify the relevant legal bodies of the change in Tabe’s status.
According to avvo.com, Mr. Tabe is a construction & development attorney in Frisco, Texas. He acquired his law license in Maryland in 2009.
