On Thursday, October 17, 2024, the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, First Judicial Department reinstated attorney Robert Alton Fullerton to practice law in the state.
The case is entitled “In the Matter of Robert Alton Fullerton,” with case no. 2024-05701.
Fullerton was suspended from practicing law on March 17, 2020, for failing to comply with Judiciary Law Section 468-a.
