Georgia attorney Brian Gannon was reinstated from suspension by the Supreme Judicial Court for Suffolk County of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts on Monday, March 6, 2023.
According to the court filing, Gannon was previously suspended by the Court for failing to comply with the Board of Bar Overseers’ registration requirements. He submitted an affidavit on March 6, 2023, supporting his request to resume practicing law.
There was no objection to Gannon’s reinstatement from the Board of Bar Overseers.
In light of Gannon’s affidavit and the Board of Bar Overseers’ consent to his reinstatement, the Court terminated his suspension and reinstated him.
