On Wednesday, October 12, 2022, the Supreme Court of New Jersey ruled on the Disciplinary Review Board’s decision relating to the charges for attorney discipline against Wildwood attorney Eric Craig Garrabrant.
The case titled In the Matter of Eric Craig Garrabrant was brought by the Disciplinary Review Board, case no. DRB 21-192.
The charges cited RPC 1.3 (lack of diligence), RPC 1.4(b) (failure to keep client reasonably informed about the status of a matter and to comply with reasonable requests for information), ROC 8.1(b) failure to cooperate with disciplinary authorities).
The Court ruled for the reprimand of Eric Craig Garrabrant.
The Order reads:
“It is ORDERED that Eric Craig Garrabrant is hereby reprimanded; and it is further
ORDERED that the entire record of this matter be made a permanent part of respondent’s file as an attorney at law of this State; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent reimburse the Disciplinary Oversight Committee for appropriate administrative costs and actual expenses incurred in the prosecution of this matter, as provided in Rule 1:20-17.”
