On Thursday, August 22, 2024, the Supreme Court of the State of New York Appellate Division, Third Judicial Department granted attorney Camille Natasha Warner’s motion for reinstatement after suspension in 1999.
The case is entitled “In the Matter of Camille Natasha Warner,” with case no. PM-169-24.
Warner had been previously suspended from practicing law in June 1999 for failing to comply with Judiciary Law § 468-a. She filed a motion for reinstatement on June 25, 2024 and provided exhibits showing she had satisfied the requirements.
In its decision, the New York Court noted that Warner provided clear and convincing evidence she met the requirements for reinstatement under the court’s rules, complied with her previous suspension order, and has the proper character and fitness to practice law again. The Attorney Grievance Committee for the Third Department did not oppose Warner’s reinstatement after reviewing her application.
Considering Warner’s motion and finding she qualified under the standards, the New York Court granted the motion and reinstated her license to practice law in New York.
According to avvo.com, Ms. Warner is an attorney in Trenton, New Jersey. She acquired her law license in New York in 1994.
