Newark attorney’s law license reinstated by the New York Supreme Court

In a recent legal development, the respondent has submitted a motion to the court, seeking an order for reinstatement to the practice of law. This motion follows the respondent’s suspension as a result of a court order issued in September 2022. 1. The respondent has fully complied with the court’s order of suspension and adhered to the rules of the court.
2. The respondent possesses the necessary character and fitness required for the practice of law.
3. Reinstating the respondent to the practice of law would serve the public interest.

In light of these findings, the court has issued an order granting the respondent’s motion for reinstatement. This decision signifies a significant step toward the respondent’s return to the legal profession.
