On Friday, January 23, 2026, the Supreme Court of Ohio reinstated attorney Daniel Edward Perrico to the practice of law. Perrico, whose attorney registration number is 0071617, had previously been suspended.

The case is entitled “In the Matter of Daniel Edward Perrico,” with case no. 2023-1274.

The reinstatement follows an application submitted by Perrico and a review by the court. The court considered its order from April 25, 2024, which initially suspended Perrico from practicing law for two years, with one year stayed on condition, pursuant to Gov.Bar R. V(12)(A)(3).

The court found that Perrico has now complied with the conditions of that order, as well as the provisions of Gov.Bar R. V(24).

The order for reinstatement directs the clerk of the court to issue certified copies of the order, in accordance with Gov.Bar R. V(17)(E)(1). The order also stipulates that publication be made as provided for in Gov.Bar R. V(17)(E)(2).

According to Avvo.com,  Mr. Perrico is a litigation attorney in Westlake, Ohio.  He attended the University of Dayton School of Law. He acquired his law license in Ohio in 1999.
