On March 14, 2023, the Supreme Court of Louisiana revoked the conditional admission of attorney Dustin Paul Segura. The case is entitled “In the Matter of Dustin Paul Segura,” and was brought by the Office of the Disciplinary Counsel with case no. 2022-B-1462.
According to the court, the respondent committed misconduct that involved actions demonstrating a violation of the trust and grave responsibility that the court has put in all its qualified applicants.
In consideration of the petition for revocation of conditional admission filed by the Office of the Disciplinary Counsel, the court ordered that the conditional admission of the respondent be revoked. Attached with the order is the instruction that the latter may not file a new application for admission to the bar for a period of one year from the date of the order.
