On Wednesday, December 19, 2022, the Supreme Court of the State of Kansas ordered the discharge from probation concerning Kansas City attorney Mandee Rowan Pingel.
The case is styled, In the Matter of Mandee Rowan Pingel, under case no. 123,994.
Ms. Pingel was suspended from the practice of law in Kansas for one year, by an Order of the Court dated November 19, 2021. The suspension was stayed pending completion of the 12-month probation period plan.

Ms. Pingel filed a motion praying to be discharged from probation to which the Office of the Disciplinary Administrator responded in the affirmative stating that Pingel has fully complied with the conditions of the agreed probation plan, and confirmed that she is eligible for discharge from probation.
Accordingly, the Court, having reviewed Ms. Pingel’s motion and the Office of Disciplinary Administrator’s response ruled in favor of Ms. Pingel.
The disposition reads:
“The court orders Pingel fully discharged from probation and closes this disciplinary proceeding.”
