On Thursday, April 24, 2025, the Supreme Court of Maryland granted the petition for reinstatement of Attorney Antonio Aquia to the Maryland Bar.

The case is entitled “In the Matter of Antonio Aquia,” with case no. 38.

The decision followed a verified petition submitted by Aquia, which received the consent of Bar Counsel.

As a result of this ruling, Aquia is reinstated as an active member of the Bar, allowing him to practice law in the state once again.

The court directed the Clerk to notify relevant parties in accordance with Maryland Rule 19-761. The order was signed by Chief Justice Matthew J. Fader.

According to Avvo.com, Mr. Aquia is a bankruptcy and debt attorney in Perry Hall, Maryland. He attended the University of Baltimore School of Law. He acquired his law license in Maryland in 2000.
