On Thursday, September 11, 2025, the New Jersey Supreme Court censured attorney Kenneth James Rosellini for professional misconduct. Rosellini has been temporarily suspended from practicing law since November 16, 2023.

The case is entitled “In the Matter of Kenneth James Rosellini,” with case number 090763.

The Disciplinary Review Board (DRB) filed its decision with the Court in DRB 24-292, recommending the censure based on Rosellini’s failure to cooperate with disciplinary authorities, violating RPC 8.1(b), and engaging in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice, violating RPC 8.4(d). The recommendation was made following a default by Rosellini, pursuant to Rule 1:20-4(j). The DRB’s decision also considered certified records related to the case.

In addition to the censure, the Supreme Court ordered Rosellini to provide proof to the Office of Attorney Ethics within forty-five days that he has satisfied outstanding sanctions orders as directed in the Court’s May 16, 2023 order.

The Court further mandated that the complete record of the case be permanently included in Rosellini’s file as an attorney at law in the state. Rosellini is also required to reimburse the Disciplinary Oversight Committee for administrative costs and actual expenses incurred during the prosecution of the matter, as stipulated in Rule 1:20-17.

According to Avvo, Mr. Rosellini is a litigation lawyer in Wayne, NJ. He acquired his law license in New Jersey in 1998.
