On Wednesday, May 17, 2023, the Supreme Court of Tennessee at Nashville issued an order transferring attorney Ronald André Stewart to disability inactive status.

The case is entitled “In the Matter of Ronald André Stewart,” with case no. M2023-00716-SC-BAR-BP.

The law license of Ronald André Stewart has been placed on disability inactive status by an order of the Tennessee Supreme Court issued on May 17, 2023, in accordance with Section 27.3 of Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 9. In relation to this and upon due consideration, the court concluded that Ronald André Stewart is currently incapacitated from continuing the practice of law.

The Disposition states:

“IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED BY THE COURT THAT:

1. The law license of Ronald André Stewart shall be transferred to disability inactive status for an indefinite period of time and until further order of the Supreme Court.”
