On Tuesday, April 30, 2024, the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board revoked the law license of attorney Dennis Eugene Pryba II.
The case is entitled “In the Matter of Dennis Eugene Pryba II,” with case no. 23-051-128880.
According to documents from the Virginia State Bar, Pryba’s license was suspended on September 26, 2023, for failing to comply with a subpoena duces tecum or request to produce documents that were served on him on July 28, 2023. This violated the Rules of the Supreme Court of Virginia, which allows for interim suspension if an attorney fails to comply with a subpoena issued by the Disciplinary Board.
As part of the suspension, Pryba was responsible for informing clients and making arrangements for pending cases, as well as notifying any opposing counsel or judges involved in ongoing matters.
However, on April 26, 2024, the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board revoked Pryba’s license entirely. The revocation documents cited violations of professional rules governing diligence, communication, and bar admission and disciplinary matters.
According to lawyers.com, Mr. Pryba II is a civil litigation lawyer serving Falls Church, Virginia. He attended the George Mason University School of Law, graduating in 1999.
