The case is entitled “In the Matter of Byron E. Siegel,” with case no. PDJ 2024-9021.
According to the filing, Siegel entered into a Stipulation to Interim Suspension with the State Bar of Arizona on May 6, 2024. In the stipulation, Siegel agreed to an immediate interim suspension from the practice of law. As part of the interim suspension, Scott Harris agreed to serve as conservator of Siegel’s open client files, which will be fully transferred to Harris within 60 days. In her order, the Presiding Disciplinary Judge placed Siegel’s trust account at Wells Fargo Bank and an operating account under the control of Conservator Sallen pending further orders. The order also requires Siegel to comply with client notification requirements and file necessary affidavits under Rule 72 of the Arizona Rules of the Supreme Court.
