On Monday, June 3, 2024, the Delaware Supreme Court suspended Ryan P. Connell from practicing law in Delaware on an interim basis pending further disciplinary proceedings.

The court’s order stated that Connell could not practice law or provide any law-related services without direct supervision from a Delaware attorney. He is also barred from contacting or representing clients, attending court hearings, advertising legal services, working at a law firm, or displaying any signs indicating he is an attorney.
In addition, Connell must cooperate with the Office of Disciplinary Counsel as it oversees his compliance with the suspension. He is also forbidden from sharing in legal fees generated from referrals made during his suspension or fees earned by others for work done while suspended. The interim suspension will remain in place until the conclusion of disciplinary proceedings against Connell.
