On Monday, May 19, 2025, the Supreme Court of New Jersey reinstated Michael David Lindner, Jr. to the practice of law, following a recommendation from the Disciplinary Review Board.
The case is entitled “In the Matter of Michael David Lindner, Jr.,” with case no. 090723.
Lindner had faced a three-month suspension from legal practice, as ordered by the court on September 14, 2022.
The reinstatement took effect immediately upon the court’s ruling. As a condition of his return, Lindner is required to submit monthly reconciliations of his attorney accounts to the Office of Attorney Ethics every quarter for two years.
The Disposition states:
“It is ORDERED that Michael David Lindner, Jr. be restored to the practice of law, effective immediately.”
According to Avvo.com, Mr. Lindner is a car accident attorney in Pitman, New Jersey. He attended the Widener University School of Law, graduating in 1995. He acquired his law license in New Jersey in the same year.
