On Monday, July 7, 2025, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania suspended attorney Nathaniel M. Davis from practicing law in the state for one year.

The case is entitled “In the Matter of Nathaniel Martin Davis,” with case no. 58 DB 2025.

The decision follows Davis’ failure to respond to a notice and order requiring him to provide reasons against reciprocal discipline. The suspension aligns with a prior ruling from the Supreme Court of New Jersey, referenced in cases D-54 and D-55.

As part of the suspension, Davis is required to adhere to the provisions outlined in Pennsylvania Rule of Disciplinary Enforcement 217.

According to Avvo.com, Mr. Davis is a workers’ compensation attorney in Maplewood, New Jersey. He acquired his law license in Pennsylvania in 1996.
