On Tuesday, September 10, 2024, the Supreme Court of Indiana issued an order for the interim suspension of attorney Randy Godshalk from the practice of law, effective September 25, 2024.

The case is entitled “In the Matter of Randy Godshalkl,” with case no. 24S-DI-250.

The court determined that the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission provided evidence in their amended verified petition that Godshalk’s continued practice may pose a threat of harm to the public, clients, or the administration of justice. Godshalk filed a response arguing against the suspension, but the court nonetheless granted the Commission’s request.

Godshalk was ordered to fulfill the duties of a suspended attorney under Admission and Discipline Rule 23(26).

According to avvo.com, Mr. Godshalk is a criminal defense attorney in Hammond, Indiana. He acquired his law license in Indiana in 1990.
