On Tuesday, May 7, 2024, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania granted the joint petition to temporarily auspend Attorney Roarke Thomas Aston
The case is entitled “In the Matter of Roarke Thomas Aston,” with case no. 33 DB 2024.
As a result of the order, Aston has been placed on temporary suspension under Pennsylvania Rule of Disciplinary Enforcement 214(d)(5) and must comply with provisions set forth in Rule 217, which relates to assisted representation and notifications following a suspension.
