On Friday, March 27, 2026, the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia annulled the law license of Christopher R. Six, a member of the West Virginia State Bar.
The case is entitled “In the Matter of Christopher R. Six,” with case number 25-794.
The order comes after the Office of the Lawyer Disciplinary Counsel, represented by Lauren H. Knight, filed a petition on November 24, 2025, seeking the annulment under Rule 3.18 of the Rules of Lawyer Disciplinary Procedure.
The court granted the petition after consideration and review, noting that no response was filed by Six.
The action effectively revokes Six’s ability to practice law in the State of West Virginia.
According to Avvo, Mr. Six is a litigation lawyer in Dayton, OH. He acquired his law license in West Virginia in 2019.
