On Tuesday, October 14, 2025, the Supreme Court of Louisiana granted the reinstatement of Attorney Glenn M. Constantino, Jr. Constantino, whose Louisiana Bar Roll number is 20147, had previously been suspended from practicing law.

The case is entitled “In the Matter of Glenn M. Constantino, Jr.,” with case no. 2025-OB-01148.

The reinstatement follows a petition filed by Constantino. The Office of Disciplinary Counsel responded to the petition with a notice of “no position.” Subsequently, the matter was referred to a hearing committee, which approved Constantino’s reinstatement and recommended his approval to the Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court, after reviewing the hearing committee’s recommendation and considering the record, ordered Constantino’s immediate reinstatement.

Constantino’s suspension stemmed from a June 5, 1998, ruling by the Supreme Court, In re: Constantino, which suspended him for two years, retroactive to January 31, 1997, the date of his interim suspension.

The court has assessed all costs associated with the reinstatement proceedings against Constantino.
